App: AdEarn Plus

These Terms & Conditions explain the rules for using AdEarn Plus, including account usage,
rewards, coins, withdrawals, ads, chat features, support, moderation, and app services.
By using AdEarn Plus, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Eligibility
- AdEarn Plus is intended for users aged 18 years and above.
- By using this app, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
- You must use the app only where it is legally permitted in your region.
- We may restrict, suspend, or remove access if a user is found to be underage, ineligible, or violating these terms.
2. App Availability
- AdEarn Plus may be available in selected regions where supported.
- Features such as ads, rewards, UPI withdrawals, PayPal withdrawals, chat, support, notifications, or other services may vary by country, device, policy, payment availability, and third-party service support.
- We may update, pause, limit, or disable any feature at any time for maintenance, compliance, fraud prevention, technical reasons, business reasons, service availability, or policy requirements.
3. User Account
- You are responsible for keeping your account information safe and accurate.
- You must not create fake accounts, duplicate accounts, automated accounts, or accounts for misuse.
- You must not share, sell, transfer, or misuse your account.
- You must not impersonate another person, mislead other users, or provide false account information.
- We may suspend or ban accounts involved in suspicious, abusive, fraudulent, automated, or policy-violating activity.
4. Coins & Reward System
AdEarn Plus allows eligible users to collect virtual coins through supported reward features inside the app.
- Coins are virtual rewards inside AdEarn Plus and do not automatically represent real money.
- The current base conversion shown in the app may be 100 coins = ₹1 INR, depending on active app settings.
- Coins may be converted according to the earning and withdrawal rules currently shown inside the app.
- Reward rates, coin values, withdrawal values, exchange rates, minimum withdrawal limits, daily limits, cooldowns, reward eligibility, and payout rules may be updated, limited, paused, or changed at any time.
- Completion of an app activity does not guarantee reward credit if the activity is incomplete, invalid, duplicated, suspicious, restricted by limits, rejected by third-party systems, or detected as misuse.
- Coins may be reduced, corrected, reversed, or removed if they were earned through suspicious, abusive, invalid, fraudulent, automated, or policy-violating activity.
- We may set daily earning limits, cooldowns, maintenance locks, reward restrictions, or verification checks to protect the app and ensure fairness.
5. Withdrawals
- Withdrawals may be available through UPI or PayPal, depending on user region, eligibility, and service availability.
- Indian users may use UPI withdrawal where available.
- International users may use PayPal withdrawal where available.
- UPI withdrawals are processed in Indian Rupees (₹ / INR).
- PayPal withdrawals may be processed in United States Dollars ($ / USD).
- The current minimum UPI withdrawal amount may be ₹10 INR, depending on active app settings.
- The current minimum PayPal withdrawal amount may be $1 USD, depending on active app settings.
- Available withdrawal options may include ₹10, ₹20, ₹40, ₹50, ₹100 for UPI and $1, $1.5, $10, $20 for PayPal, depending on active app settings.
- Users must provide a valid and active UPI ID or PayPal email address depending on the selected withdrawal method.
- For PayPal withdrawals, the INR-to-USD conversion shown in the app is approximate and may depend on the exchange rate configured by AdEarn Plus at the time of request.
- Final payout values may vary due to exchange rate changes, PayPal fees, payment partner rules, country restrictions, transaction limitations, or other charges.
- Withdrawal processing time may vary depending on verification, app review, payment handling, banking delays, PayPal processing, or third-party service conditions.
- We are not responsible for failed or delayed transactions caused by incorrect UPI details, incorrect PayPal email, user error, banking issues, PayPal restrictions, network issues, payment partner limitations, or country-specific restrictions.
- We may review, delay, reject, cancel, reverse, or block suspicious, abusive, fraudulent, invalid, duplicate, or policy-violating withdrawal requests.
6. Cash Rewards Disclosure
- AdEarn Plus may include cash-convertible rewards where eligible users can request UPI or PayPal withdrawals after meeting app requirements.
- AdEarn Plus does not require users to pay entry fees, wager money, buy chances, or purchase entries to receive rewards.
- AdEarn Plus is not a gambling, betting, casino, lottery, or wagering app.
- Rewards are subject to availability, verification, app rules, payment partner limitations, third-party policies, and fraud prevention checks.
- AdEarn Plus does not guarantee fixed earnings, fixed rewards, fixed ad availability, or fixed payout availability.
7. Ads and User Conduct
- Users must use app features naturally and must not misuse, spam, automate, manipulate, or repeatedly trigger systems in an abnormal way.
- Users must not use bots, scripts, emulators, modified apps, VPN abuse, device manipulation, fake activity, or any method intended to unfairly increase rewards.
- We may monitor reward activity, ad activity, coins activity, withdrawal patterns, account behavior, and device/security signals to prevent abuse.
- If misuse is detected, rewards may be denied, coins may be removed, withdrawal requests may be rejected, and accounts may be suspended or banned.
8. Chat, Social Features & User Conduct
- AdEarn Plus may include chat, messaging, support communication, or social interaction features.
- Users must communicate respectfully and must not send abusive, harmful, misleading, illegal, threatening, explicit, spam, scam, or inappropriate content.
- Users must not attempt to scam, harass, impersonate, exploit, spam, threaten, or manipulate other users.
- Users must not share illegal content, adult content, hateful content, graphic violence, private information of others, or content that violates laws or platform policies.
- AdEarn Plus may provide reporting, blocking, moderation, cooldowns, safety restrictions, or account limitations to protect the platform and its users.
- We may review reports, communication activity, device activity, and related data to investigate abuse, fraud, suspicious behaviour, or policy violations.
- Users who violate these rules may lose access to chat features, rewards, withdrawals, or their entire account.
- We reserve the right to remove messages, restrict communication features, suspend accounts, or permanently ban users without prior notice if harmful or policy-violating activity is detected.
9. Community Safety
- Users are responsible for their own interactions with others inside AdEarn Plus.
- AdEarn Plus does not guarantee the accuracy, identity, honesty, or behaviour of other users.
- Users should avoid sharing sensitive personal, financial, payment, or confidential information through chat or support systems.
- Users should report suspicious, unsafe, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour using available support or reporting tools.
- We may restrict or ban users who harm community safety or violate these Terms.
10. Support, Reports & Admin Replies
- Users may contact support through available app support features or email.
- Support requests may include account details, email, device ID, message, status, admin reply, and timestamps.
- Admin replies may appear inside the app when available.
- Reports and support messages may be reviewed to resolve issues, investigate abuse, prevent fraud, or enforce app rules.
- Submitting false, abusive, spam, or misleading support requests may result in restrictions.
11. Third-Party Services
AdEarn Plus may use third-party services to operate the app, show ads, process login, send notifications,
maintain data, support withdrawals, and improve app safety.
- Google AdMob
- Unity Ads
- Firebase Authentication
- Cloud Firestore
- Firebase Cloud Messaging or related notification services
- PayPal, where PayPal withdrawals are available
- Other service providers required for app operation, security, analytics, support, or payment-related services
Third-party services may have their own terms, policies, restrictions, payment rules, and privacy practices.
We are not responsible for third-party service failures, restrictions, delays, policy actions, or payment limitations.
12. Maintenance, Updates, and App Lock
- We may place the app in maintenance mode at any time to fix issues, improve security, update rewards, manage payments, or prevent abuse.
- Some features may be temporarily disabled during maintenance, including ads, rewards, withdrawals, chat, support, or account actions.
- We may require users to update to the latest app version to continue using AdEarn Plus.
- Older app versions may be restricted, blocked, or forced to update for security, compliance, or technical reasons.
13. Notifications and Announcements
- AdEarn Plus may send app notifications, popup announcements, payment updates, maintenance notices, reward updates, safety notices, or important account-related messages.
- Users may receive notifications related to rewards, withdrawals, offers, chat safety, support replies, app updates, or policy changes.
- Notification delivery may depend on device settings, Firebase Cloud Messaging, internet connection, or platform restrictions.
14. Account Suspension or Termination
- We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions.
- Reasons may include reward misuse, suspicious activity, fake accounts, invalid activity, withdrawal fraud, policy violations, abusive behavior, chat misuse, spam, harassment, or attempts to manipulate the app.
- Suspended or banned accounts may lose access to coins, rewards, withdrawals, chat, support, and app services.
- We may also restrict only specific features, such as chat access or reward access, depending on the violation.
15. No Guarantee of Earnings
- AdEarn Plus does not guarantee fixed earnings, fixed ad availability, fixed reward rates, or fixed withdrawal availability.
- Ad availability, rewards, and earnings may vary by user, region, ad network, device, daily limits, app settings, and third-party systems.
- Rewards may be paused, reduced, delayed, or restricted based on system limits, business conditions, fraud prevention, maintenance, or policy compliance.
- Users should not treat AdEarn Plus as a guaranteed income source.
16. Prohibited Activities
- Creating fake, duplicate, automated, or misleading accounts.
- Using bots, scripts, modified apps, automation tools, emulators for abuse, or device manipulation.
- Abusing ads, rewards, withdrawals, support, chat, or reporting systems.
- Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, exploit, overload, or disrupt the app.
- Using VPNs, fake locations, or other methods for abuse or fraud.
- Posting or sending abusive, harmful, adult, hateful, illegal, scam, spam, or misleading content.
- Harassing, impersonating, threatening, exploiting, or scamming other users.
- Submitting false withdrawal details or payment information.
17. Limitation of Liability
AdEarn Plus is provided on an “as available” basis. We are not liable for losses, delays, errors,
payment failures, reward issues, service interruptions, account restrictions, chat issues, support delays,
or third-party problems caused by technical issues, user error, policy restrictions, third-party service limitations,
banking/payment issues, platform restrictions, or events outside our control.
18. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Continued use of AdEarn Plus after updates means you accept the revised terms.
