3. Rewards, Coins & Withdrawal Data

• Coins are tracked inside the user account.
• Reward claims and activity history may be stored for verification and fraud prevention.
• Withdrawal requests may include user ID, payment method, UPI ID, PayPal email, currency, amount, coins used, status, and timestamps.
• Withdrawal data may be reviewed before approval, rejection, or payment processing.
• Suspicious, duplicate, invalid, fraudulent, or policy-violating requests may be delayed, rejected, restricted, or investigated.

4. Support & User Communication

AdEarn Plus provides an in-app support system that allows users to contact the app administrator directly regarding account issues, rewards, withdrawals, technical problems, and other inquiries.

• Support messages and related activity may be stored securely to provide assistance and improve support quality.
• We may review support requests, abuse reports, suspicious activity, or policy violations to help maintain a safe and fair user experience.
• Users who misuse support features through spam, abuse, harassment, fraudulent activity, or policy violations may have their account restricted or suspended.
• Support replies from administrators may be visible inside the app.
• AdEarn Plus does not guarantee that support services will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

5. Safety, Moderation & Fraud Prevention

• Users can report inappropriate activity or contact support through available in-app features.
• Accounts involved in harmful, abusive, fraudulent, misleading, automated, or suspicious behaviour may be restricted or removed.
• We may monitor account activity, reward activity, withdrawal activity, ad activity, device signals, and support reports.
• We reserve the right to remove content, limit features, reject rewards, restrict withdrawals, or suspend accounts when necessary for safety, fairness, security, or policy compliance.

6. Advertising & Third-Party Services

AdEarn Plus may use Google AdMob, Unity Ads, Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Cloud Messaging, PayPal, and other services required for app operation.

• App data may be stored using Firebase or other secure cloud services.
