2. How We Use Information

3. Rewards, Coins & Withdrawal Data

• Coins are tracked inside the user account.
• Reward claims and activity history may be stored for verification and fraud prevention.
• Withdrawal requests may include user ID, payment method, UPI ID, PayPal email, currency, amount, coins used, status, and timestamps.

• Suspicious, duplicate, invalid, fraudulent, or policy-violating requests may be delayed, rejected, restricted, or investigated.

4. Chat, Support & User Communication

AdEarn Plus may include chat, support messaging, social interaction, or user communication features. Users may send messages, support requests, reports, or other communication inside the app.

• Messages, reports, support requests, and related activity may be stored securely to provide app features, support, safety, and moderation.
• We may review reported content, suspicious activity, abuse reports, spam activity, or policy violations to help maintain a safe user experience.
• Users who misuse communication features, spam, harass others, abuse systems, or violate app rules may have their account or chat access restricted, suspended, or banned.
• Support replies and moderation actions may be visible inside the app.
• AdEarn Plus does not guarantee that user communication features will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

5. Safety, Moderation & Fraud Prevention

AdEarn Plus may use automated systems, manual review, moderation tools, reports, blocks, limits, cooldowns, account restrictions, and security checks to help prevent abuse, spam, fraud, suspicious activity, or policy violations.

• Users can report inappropriate activity or contact support through available in-app features.
• Accounts involved in harmful, abusive, fraudulent, misleading, automated, or suspicious behaviour may be restricted or removed.
• We may monitor account activity, reward activity, withdrawal activity, ad activity, chat activity, device signals, and support reports.
• We reserve the right to remove content, limit features, reject rewards, restrict withdrawals, or suspend accounts when necessary for safety, fairness, security, or policy compliance.

6. Advertising & Third-Party Services

AdEarn Plus may use third-party services to show ads, manage authentication, store app data, send notifications, analyze app activity, and support payment-related features.

• PayPal, where PayPal withdrawals are available
• Other service providers required for app operation, safety, analytics, or support

Third-party services may collect information according to their own privacy policies and terms. AdEarn Plus is not responsible for third-party service rules, processing, restrictions, delays, or policy actions.

7. Data Sharing
